SmarterDiff is a free, browser-based tool for comparing files. It is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

3. AI image detection disclaimer

The "AI vs Real" feature is a statistical heuristic and is not authoritative. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any legal, journalistic, or commercial decision. SmarterDiff is not liable for any decision made based on its output.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the Service for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to compare material that you do not have the legal right to access, or to circumvent technical protection measures.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmarterDiff and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
